Sold out 9:30 club hosted ‘byop’ and the Arctic Monkeys tonight. Both acts were predictably loud and raucous and a hell of a lot of fun. The outstanding Jemina Pearl was every bit as electric on stage as any report might have you believe. Let’s be honest, every hetero male and/or person who likes pretty, powerful things had a question in mind by the end, so in case you didn’t already know, yep, she’s legal. (It’s ok I feel a little dirty too).
Normally seeing a show like this would be enough to highlight a whole week, but Jemina, for all her talents, didn’t quite excite me as much as when (more…)
