Mostly semantics, we hardly knew ye March 9
Friends, (both of you) the time has come. The writing is on the wall; it is decidedly not on the blog. Rather than continue to linger in this awkward wordless limbo, we are pulling the plug. Oh, things started out well enough. We were funny, at least we thought so. Witty, certainly, on occasion. (I won’t admit to how long we bandied about with potential names.) We had the grand ideas. Food! Music! Ennui. Yeah. It’s hard to pinpoint where things went south. We were never prolific, but we had a good thing going for a while there. Somewhere along the way, though, it seemed to have run its course. It’s not that we don’t still have things to say and stories to tell. But if we are writing things down, we definitely aren’t writing them here. So this is it. Farewell, gentle readers. We’ll see you on the flip side.

Well the beauty of google reader is that new posts will immediately show up even if it has been over six months since the last post…so maybe no need to “officially” pull the plug just yet?

Fair enough, but we (really The Maestro) actually pay for domain hosting, which seems ridiculous for how much we use it, so… yeah, expect the site to be down soon. We may move it/the archives to a free site - stay tuned.
